Born and raised in rural Kansas, I am currently completing a B.S. in Mathematics (Industrial/Academic emphasis) at Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas. Over the course of my studies, I’ve developed a strong interest in graph theory, optimization, and probability — areas that appeal to both my logical and creative sides.
I’m drawn to mathematics because of its precision, its deep structure, and its ability to model and solve real-world problems. I plan to pursue graduate studies in mathematics, with the goal of contributing through both research and teaching.
Outside of math, I enjoy creative activities like doodling, music, and cooking with my beautiful fiancée Hazel Frans.
The timeline below highlights key milestones in my academic journey, from the start of my undergraduate studies to my current research engagements.
